2 slabs of baby back ribs
Rub:
8 tablespoons light brown sugar, tightly packed
3 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon rubbed thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
BBQ sauce
Mix the dry ingredients and rub over ribs, which have been cut short enough to fit in your crock pot. Stand the ribs in the crock, meaty side out. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Pour your favorite BBQ sauce over the ribs, and cook on high for another 30 minutes.
